Alisa Robison, LMSW
Alisa, an immigrant from Myanmar and Thailand, is deeply committed to her clients.She has been working with clients from teens to adults in various mental health settings, including an Acute Unit mental health crisis center, an eating disorder group home, and telehealth with individuals. Her expertise lies in addressing depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, low self-esteem, identity crisis, and trauma. How can Alisa help you? Alisa believes everyone deserves to be treated equally, with respect and dignity. She wants to walk with you through the difficulties that you are facing. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, anger management, and mindfulness. Alisa emphasizes hope, courage, strengths, core beliefs, and values. Alisa received a bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from Payap University in Thailand. She obtained an Associate of Health and Sciences degree at Northern Virginia Community College. She is in her final year of the Master of Social Work program at the University of Oklahoma.
