    Kendra has spent her career working with teens, young adults, children, and their families. She has experience with providing outpatient therapy, school-based therapy, treatment foster care, and crisis response. She has treated clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and an array of family issues. Kendra uses an eclectic approach within sessions, believing that each client is unique and requires a process tailored to their needs. She incorporates practice modalities such as play therapy, behavior management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, and a family systems perspective. As a social worker, she feels it is important to follow the client’s lead in educating her about who they are and works with the client using a solution-focused process. Kendra holds a deep respect and awareness of the courage it takes for each client to enter into the therapeutic process. She also desires to help each client reach their individual goals in a safe and supportive setting.
